Pre-Week One

Well, this was supposed to be Week One of reaching my new goal. But sadly :( it's not going very well. My, trainning, I guess you could call it, was planned for everyday, based off a running book and journal that I read suggested so, but I did my work for monday, but tuesday I was still having aches from band camp and monday, I did nothing, wensday, which was actually kind of fun, I worked on my aunt's classroom (She's a teacher) with my other aunt (Who was just bored), and I plan on doing my tranning for today also, and tomorrow, so I guess three's better than none? I mean adults should have 30 minutes of workout three days a week?
Okay, I was thinking since I'm (Clearly) not doing to well with my trainning this week, that next week will be my true first week......This could be the Pre-Week One, like Pre-Band Camp is the week before the actual band camp starts....
Hmmmm.
I've been thinking, that the term "Workout" just sounds like you're trying to escape something that's work related, and most of us, just wants to get "Out" of a "Workout", the term trainning, seems like you have something to get to, or something you're working for.
Yeah. :)
